Lifestyle improvement is the best medicine. How do we change our lifestyle? First, we must address the underlying reasons for why we are stuck, then create habit change, one small step at a time, to ensure that these new habits stick.

I offer a 90-day program that includes:

  • 12 weekly 50-minute coaching sessions
  • Accountability and support
  • Email support between sessions

My 90-day program is about habit change and transformation. I will create a safe space for my clients to address any underlying issues that may be getting in the way of having a vibrant life. We will go slowly, so that we can determine what support or resources might help you along on your journey.

I will be there with you all the way because it is easy to say we can do something on our own but, without that partner to hold you accountable, it isn’t always easy.

I also offer a 14-day reset cleanse which includes:

  • An elimination diet
  • Recipes
  • Accountability and support

The cleanse is a total body elimination diet that is gentle, safe and hypo allergenic. It is suitable for vegans.

The cleanse supports a liver detox and removes excess toxins.

The cleanse happens in 3 phases:

  • 1 – pre-cleanse
  • 2 – cleanse
  • 3 – reintroductions of foods

This cleanse can also be done in a group setting.
