Vanilla breakfast cookies

1/2 cup almond or oat or green banana flour
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
3 scoops Vanilla Collagen Powder*
1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate chunks
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp nut milk
I added some unsweetened coconut

Mix all the dry ingredients together
Mix all the wet ingredients together
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well

Scoop onto lined baking sheet. Wet fingers and press down lightly.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 18 minutes

* I use and trust Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Vanilla Collagen Powder
